It begs the question - "what was to be achieved by these people? what did the tour promoter expect to happen? Did he not want people to stand up and enjoy themselves?" Or is it just the hideous English way of doing things now. It reeked of prefects in the school hall - well at QE Boys Barnet between 1957 and 1964 anyway!!! Ah, and of course there is always money to be made when costs are passed on to the client!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
