There used to be one where some little kids brought their parents pancake breakfast in bed, and the dad starts to eat, but the mom whispers the warning in his ear that, "We don't have the stuff to make pancakes."

Flour, milk, sugar, butter, baking powder, eggs. Who the Hell doesn't have the stuff to make pancakes??

On the up side, there used to be a discount clothing store chain here (Weiner's. Gee, I wonder why they went out of business) that ran an ad at the end of the summer every year that we thought was pretty clever. It showed kids on the beach and then started the "Jaws" theme. Kids start screaming and running, and the camera pans to a fleet of school buses driving towards them over the sand.
