Well for the record (and diversity be damned) lightly sprinkled powder sugar, butter and maple syrup over the top,is the only correct way to eat french toast...now we could discuss the acoutremonts such as mimosa's and various fried pork products, but any other manner of french toast toppings is just wrong. (I'm pretty sure that's in the Bible.) Salivatingly yours, Judy
