Aw oi lerves yoos goys and goylses. Home early from work 'cos I gave myself a little stab in the hand while trying to prise something off the wall at work. The knife was very large with a funny crooked end 'cos it had been used for many prisings and aprisings(es). It's what you do when you're 60. Well, I'm 60 now and I really expect a lot of birthday greetings thankyou Mudcatters all. As a sign of respect of course. Being very old and all, I need a lot in order to know I still exist. Do I exist? I'm 60 so am not sure. When I was 20 I couldn't imagine 40. When I was 55 and sitting in the Tate in London I imagined my 20 year old self looking at me and wondered what she would think of this old woman. I thought we might have liked each other. At 60 I know the blueprint for my life was very different from how it has turned out and feel very blessed indeed. My 20 year old self would/could never have imagined .............. but I know she's proud of how she turned out. At 60.......... well at 60 Mudcatters, we are quite something aren't we?
