London's a bit short on Monday or Saturday night Irish Trad sessions at the moment. There's one in O'Neills in Richmond (I'm told it's right by the station) 9pm start. I've not been but I know some of the musicians so it should be good. The Herschel Arms in Slough is still going strong on a Monday night, if you like your music fast and furious and don't mind a late night! It's walkable from the station but not particularly close. If you are still around on the Sunday afternoon, there's a session in the Crown in Cricklewood, about 3.30 start. There might be some other Sunday lunchtime sessions - check on The Session web site.
