I watched the news with interest last night. It seems that Mr Brown, our new beloved leader is visiting America - what amused me was that it was absolutely lashing it down there - whereas we have actually had more than 24 hours without serious rain! This is probably the first time this has happened since his succession to the leadership was finalised... So (like Douglas Adams' truck drive in The Long Dark Tea-Time Of The Soul) - is Mr Brown a Rain God? Will teh deluge return with him? Just a thought... epn
