I'd have a game or two. Games, if done in a lighthearted way, are a wonderful way to get assorted people to lighten up and interact.   2 hours of sitting on a sofa pounding down cake and staring at the bride's relatives/coworkers/friends wondering what to say after 'who are you and how do you know the bride' is excruciating for many people. Have SOME sort of distraction prepared for the socially backward.
