Is Sky really that bad? I understand what McGrath says but if you google pretty much any company name you'll find people who have had problems. Remember ntlhell, anyone? (I had ntl at the time and it was fine).

I've recently moved to an area where you can't get freeview or cable so I need to get Sky for BBC4 etc. It seemed sensible to get the pakaged internet at the same time. This thread has made me wonder.
