Hooray for all of your great help! I'm helping a friend track down writers/publishers for licensing forms for her first CD. She likes this song because it was the first song she sang to Matt, her second Seeing Eye Dog. I got the info from Sing OUt! (at the library per Joe Offer) and I followed Sandy Paton's suggestion and tried the "old-fashioned" telephone approach, and found 2 listings for Karl Williams in Harrisburg. ONe of them was the right one, and my friend got a very pleasant email message from him (you're right, anyone who could write such a song is a nice guy).
