Hmmm,...interesting stuff. Also - unless misread - at a TEF website I read that his version of the song, released in 1955 is still the #1 selling American single of all time. Considering that the Beatles, Elvis, Beach Boys, Supremes, etc., all sold singles (45's) do you think that's an accurate statement, or do you know of its truthfulness? Cheers.
