Well, I did an Amazon UK search and apparently, the preferred term is "bladder protection" - as it turns out Tena for Men exists for you in the UK as well - I have bought these for men I know and they tend to like them. best of luck - there are a few different absorbancy levels - buy what you think you need and then one heavier as well. best to have a choice.
