Fliss, any particular teacher who taught you the Fairies Dance?

It may have been included in another publication at some time. I did an MA dissertation on the publication of Manx National Songs and another book of Manx material, both within weeks of each other in 1896. Manx National Songs is where it first appeared, but I know some of the material was also issued by Boosey & Co as sheet music and perhaps in other formats or collections, though thinking back on my own primary school days, I can't remember what we sang songs out of either, though I suspect quite a few were through the BBC.

Lhiats,

Bobby Bob
