We were back at venue you are referring to this evening. The management apologised profusely for the fiasco and made it clear that a refund is available to all. In fact, they specifically encouraged anyone who has not yet requested a refund to do so. Get in touch with them and complain that the gig was c**p and say you want a refund. W
