I'm working with a great bunch of people to add an accessible song and tune catalog to the website of Traditional Arts in Upstate New York (TAUNY.org). We're working on establishing the provence of the tune for Tebo, a northern NY lumbering disaster song which was sung to me by Bill Smith (on tape) in 1989. We're trying to be as scholarly as we can in this effort, so we'd appreciate any help we can get in this endeavor. I have a PDF file of the tune as it was sung to me by Bill Smith if that would help anyone to help us identify its origin. I can be reached at email@example.com. Thanks.
