Duncan has been a good friend for many years and I visited him only a month ago at his house in Ladybank. He was recovering from a bout of shingles and was not his usual self. This is bad news but as has been said he has qite a reputation as a 'come back kid' so here's hoping! Although he's best known as a storyteller, he also has a wonderful repertoire of songs and ballads. His 80th birthday is next April - may he be fully recovered for it. Jack
