Sorry to be serious, but surely better shaggin his bike in the privacy of his own room where he's hurting nobody, than attacking some poor child? Why is he on the sex offenders register, who has he offended, a couple of snooping cleaners who maybe should be minding their own business. Thats with him for life now and he hasn't actually hurt anyone.
