don't know if that's the one cited above, but there's a song called 'acne' written and performed by Eric von Schmidt on his album 'Eric sings von Schmidt' (Prestige 7384); can also be heared on the sampler 'Take A Trip With Me' (Prestige 7539); both out of print.
