I am saving to buy a concertina at the moment so am looking around for them. Although actually looking for a Duet I can widen that to look at English as well. It sounds as though it would be quite easy to identify by the straps, the brass thingy and the hole in the case. If I spot it I'll ring the police - have made a note of the number.
