I'm surprised no one has mentioned Yasmin Levy yet. Fantastic talent (and drop-dead gorgeous to boot). A lot of her material was collected by her father Isaac Levy. Eileen and I saw her last year at the Trinity Theatre, Tunbridge Wells. It was the first night of her UK tour and she and her band did the most superb set, despite having spent the previous 25 hours travelling from Tel Aviv. http://www.yasminlevy.net
