That's what remains to be seen, I guess. I don't know why they would lie and expect everyone to believe it without giving anyone a chance to examine the body. But the footage clearly shows no bomb threw her into anything and it sure looks to me like she was shot and collapsed into the car. Meanwhile more experienced people have looked at the footage and said the same thing--that she was shot, fell down into the car and then the bomb goes off.
