Hi Bob,

If I remember you right, you were the guy who played and sang "Bo Jangles" and introduced with the line " you can't beat a good song with a stick". You were right. That was a great song.

I remember Bruce Murdoch back in the days when he was an acne challenged teenager performing at the New Penelope. He wrote some good songs himself, and he introduced me to a lot of great Dylan songs.

The last time I saw him was back at the '73 or '74 Sudbury "Northern Lights Folk Festival". Unfortunately, he put his politics ahead of his music in his performance, expressing his solidarity with the North Korean regime.   

Lately, I heard him on CBC radio here in Montreal. I heard he was performing on Friday night, but that was my jam night, and I never miss my jam night if I can help it.

I hope that you too are still musically active.
