As I understand it, the agreement creating the at large caucuses was made because the caucus will be held on a Saturday. Teachers, etc, will not be working. The culinary workers will, and given only an hour for lunch, will not have the time to travel to a caucus site, caucus, and then return to work. Unfair? Maybe, but the time to hash it out was months ago, not days before the caucus and days after the culinary union endorsed Obama. Dance with the one that brung you to the dance. With this kind of behavior, how can it be said that the Republicans have a monopoly on dirty politics? Freightdawg
