What every home needs is a 17 year old. Our's programs, connects, sets-up everything. The latest being his dads new laptop. Out of the box 2 hours - later all done, webcam the lot. Its second nature to them cos they're not scared that they'll buggering it up. Tims been brought up with technology from the age of 4 at first school (and probably before when you consider todays modern toys). I can rent him out if you like for a reasonable hourly charge.
