The Fabulous Farquahrs....... Dennis McGowan = Condor Farquahr Frank McGowan = Flamingo Farquahr Bobby McGowan = Hummingbird Farquahr Doug Lapham = Barnswallow Farquahr Great bunch of guys. Great act. Saw them as a college student many times at Charlie Bates Saloon in NYC. Hired them to do a show at my college, CCNY Downtown (now Baruch College). They did some Beatles covers....especially "With a Little Help from My Friends". Their best songs were "My Eggs Don't Taste the Same Without You", "The Morning After (the Night Before), "Daddy I've Tried". Most of their original tunes were written by Barnswallow (Doug). Sorry to hear that Doug and Frank have passed on.
