I never realised Buddy had moved to Greenwich Village before he died. Can you imagine if he'd stayed there for a few years and wandered into the Cafe Wha or similar when this little bloke called Bob was performing for pennies/free food? My God. And yes - WHY isn't there a good compilation containing the apartment tapes? I remember the UK vinyl collection with them on, but I was errr..."financially embarrassed" at the time.
