I really love the happy, upbeat melodies that pull you in to listening to the song and then you realize that it is really, really sad , ripping your heart out:) Mary, the tune that you were referring to "What Ails this Heart O' Mine", is also one of my favorite tunes for that reason. A beautiful, lyrical melody that is so very sweet, but those words........ I think it may be a Burns piece...he wrote a few heart wrenching words now, didn't he?
