Yep its a H & S thing. It can also affect insurance claims, in the event of an accident or mishap.
We wear them when exercising the horses and have to use the roads. We also have hi-vis leg bands, neck bands and rugs on the horses. Some riders also use hi-vis hat covers. You'd be amazed at the the amount of drivers who still say - Oh! didn't see you there!
