I played on a couple of Carrot Crunchers albums in the '70's when they were at Mid Wales sound studio at Llanfair Caerinion. Mick had a particularly lovely voice and I often wondered what would have happened if he made a straightforward folk album. I think it would have been very good. I seem to recall we had a great time and both he and the band were a good bunch.
