I was chatting to someone in Southern Italy in Second Life when it happened. First I heard a pheasant in my garden making a racket, I wondered if there was a fox around, then the whole house started to rattle and shake. There was a bit of a 'boom' as well. I wondered how long and how strong it was going to be, then after about 15/20 seconds it was all over. I was telling the person in Italy all about it while it was happening and it was suggested that i cover my head and go under a table! I suppose they are more frequent down there. We had one about 3 Octobers ago when Otley festival was occuring, cos I was talking to a steward on the phone at that time. That was about midnight if I remember. I was in Shropshire at that moment in time. Exciting eh? Sal
