To Herga Kitty Derek Brinkley. Don't feel remotely guilty if you can't place me, but the best I can remember to help you is your coming into the Club one night the worse for wear and saying that you'd had four Bloody Maries the night before and you weren't going to make that mistake again: I immediately sang 'Last night she had four Bloody Maries/Tonight she'll have but three.' It (sadly) remains the joke I am proudest of!
