My grandparents were from County Wicklow and they taught us this song. The only lyrics I can recall are these:

Did you ever go into an Irishman's shanty
where money is scarce but whiskey is plenty
a three-legged stool and a table to match
a door and a window without any latch

Oh the pig's in the parlor
the hen's in the kitchen
................
................

And I've sadly forgotten the rest!
