Sacred Harp has been getting a lot of press recently, what with Shirley Collins on 'Today' on the wireless last week and the programme about white gospel music on BBC4 last Friday. Anyway we will be gathering at Choppards Mission, above Holmfirth on Saturday from 10.30 - 4.00 for a sing - anyone is welcome but bring food to share and some nice warm clothes as it may not be all that warm if the weather continues to be chilly. Experience is not required. See you there?
