Les - I use Mozart which I find very good although, obviously, not as good as Sibelius which I couldn't afford.

Mozart was written by someone in the Manchester area, I believe, and the fact that it is a local lad was part of my reason for buying it.

The main reason for choosing Mozart was that it wasn't expensive and it did everything I need it to do (i.e. taking the place of pencil on manuscript).

Forcing the next bar to go onto the next line is very easy (Ctrl + Enter) and that is a very important consideration for me.

I tried the free evaluation copy and then bought it. I also tried Finale Notepad and a couple of others (can't remember names) and a trial copy of Sibelius. Mozart seemed to be the best overall for what I wanted at a price I could afford.

Hope this helps,
Marilyn
