Regarding amendments to the Constitution if you want to submit an amendment you better hurry. See this rule _____________________ 10 Proposals for the amendment of this Constitution shall be put before Congress in 1996 and at six yearly intervals thereafter. ______________________________ I make that 2008. If not then the next opportunity is 2014!! Most Co. AGM'S are over by now.
