I was given the CD also and wondeing the same thing. Thanks! I've heard the term "Jody Boy" and the post that describes it as the term of a slacker rings a small bell. I couldn't imagine Mark referring to himself in that light though which prompted this search. So it's very interesting to know what he is really saing and what the term "Geordie Boy" means.
