Running round like me arse is on fire. I always liked the one that went "Running around like their feet were on fire and their asses were catching." Occasionally I'll add "Confused, irritating, hopeless and often mistaken, but always right." Down South a lot of people adopted Brother Dave Gardner's comedic expression circa 1960 that went something like: Down here (the South) we may not always be right but, dearly beloved, we ain't NEVER wrong!"
