Some time back in the 70s, I remember a Morris side (Hammersmith?) doing a dance to the tune of "Kafoozalum". They sang a brief song during the "once to yourselves" which went something like:

"Old Mother Murcurdy(?)
Jumped into the bed with me,
Threw her leg right over me
To keep herself quite warm, dear."

Does this sound familiar to anybody? I don't *think* it's just a product of my fevered imagination/failing memory...
