Very much what I'm considering. Particularly in terms of downgrading the technology - so much, now, from the phone to the TV to the car stereo has excessive functions I'll never use. Looking to downshift the tech to a level I'll actually see the benefit of, saving money in the process, while moving away from the rat-race.
As an aside (having just been for a swim at the gym and watched all the sweaty folks running on machines), although it's a proven fact that jogging helps you live longer, there's no proof that you'll live longer than the time you've spent jogging. So, enjoy it now while you have all your faculties, or spend even longer as a medicated drooling vegetable......?
