I would definitely be interested in this. Recently for teaching I've been using a programme that converts ABC files to standard notation (the 'dots') and have found this very useful, but only where the student is comfortable with reading dots. A lot of people interested in folk music aren't necessarily that good when it comes to dots, and tab is very useful for them. A programme that converts to tab is an excellent idea. Thanks very much Dave P. Where can I get hold of a copy?
