Jim, As a collector, researcher, singer, may I echo all that you have said. I learnt songs from my own family repertoire in the sixties, BUT only after hearing The Watersons singing them in a folk club. Although I still sing my family repertoire I would never consider myself a source singer. I am 100% a product of the revival. Steve Gardham
