Excellent news about the 'listed' status of the Minerva although it could still be developed as housing as was the Pilots House along the front there. Just wondering if it's the Tattershall Castle Group who took the Humber Ferry 'Tattershall Castle' away from it's Thames mooring for a £5 million pound refit and brought back without the paddle wheels! Visionaries indeed!
