'and our society, sadly, HAS gone down - drugs, gun-crime, prostitution, broken-families, etc. ' So the perversion of English folk music has led to all this? But seriously what relevance does that have to nationalism? 'Our society' is not just England, these problems affect many different nations. Such problems could be remedied if people recognised themselves as being part of a society, but introducing nationalistic identities also introduces exclusion, racism and hatred.
