Oh come on. Everyone and their mother voted for the friggin' farm bill.

Not great for the environment, mind you. But in this country, farm subsidies are making all those corn growers VERY wealth with the ethanol craze.

If you are from a state with any major ag interests, you voted for the damn thing.

I seem to recall hearing it was easily by a veto proof margin, too. Or was that something else.

And I'd like to David Brooks with his legs kicking in the air in a garbage can.

But then, c'est moi.
