My doctor told me I had a combination of gout and arthritis and prescribed Allopurinol for the gout. I was also getting regular kidney stones which usually passed and sometimes only did so with assistance. Both the awful pain in my foot and the kidney stones have not reoccurred and I have not experienced any side effects that I have noticed. Roger in Baltimore
