That's a Melusine! They are a type of siren and are different to your common or garden mermaid because of those two tails they seem to have. http://altreligion.about.com/library/glossary/symbols/bldefsmelusine.htm I like the picture at the bottom of the article ... so that's how Starbucks get their coffee, is it?
