I must admit I was unimpressed when asked to pay £2.20 for a pint of "lemonade" in a certain pub at the Shanty Festival last weekend. A squirt of concentrate topped up with cooled tapwater, and no tax to pay. Thinking of festivals though, what about the water cooler/filters? These are available to hire, and its often easier to lay water to a marquee using alkathene pipe than it is to get power there. John
