As you'll have discovered, there's a big "spectrum" of autism/Asperger's, with a lot of people - like me - on it somewhere near but not quite at the "normal" end. I'm convinced that some of my Asperger's traits were partly responsible for my marriage break-up, much as you describe. Tell him. If you both still care about each other you might be able to work on it.

(But then I'm probably not the one to give relationship advice!)
