About the time they were announcing that no garage had run out of fuel I was just passing the (Shell) garage where I normally fill up and it had, er, run out of fuel. The answer, of course, is to live within walking distance of where you work and to use public transport whenever possible. A tankful of diesel normally lasts me about a month unless I have a long journey to do that the Queen won't buy me a rail ticket for. A significant name change, Miss Lemon? Steve
