Its Banbury Hobby Horse Festival next weekend - 4th - 6th July, when miscellaneous beasts descend on Banbury causing mischief and mayhem around the town. We will be running a song and music session at The Reindeer Inn, Parsons Street (if any catters are in the area) between 12.00pm and 2.00pm on Saturday.Pete and John from Alhambra will be joining us. On Sunday we all join in the Town Mayor's procession to Peoples Park and the town's children join in with their hobby horses. Further events at the park including children's and adult's hobby horse races and last year a new addition ...... would you believe hobby horse polo!
