Anglo-celtic?? Hmmm! On a trip to Ireland, some years ago, Bill Delderfield (an Essex (UK) spoons player (among other talents) was in a music sesion and after some time was approached by one of the idigenous population: "We like your discretion in not playing all the time - you know what we usually say to spoons players over here? Would you like some soup?"
